Flexible magnetic base materials
Magnetic
foils are 0,5-1,5 mm thick flexible plastic sheets to
which iron powder is added and then are magnetised.
They will stay adhered on any iron-based surfaces without
damaging them. A vast assortment of magnetic products
(fridge magnets, magnetic gifts, car magnets) can be
produced from magnetic foils in almost any shape, size
and quality, with any design.

For
internal use typically thinner foils are more
appropiate, while for vehicle magnets the thicker
is used.

The
magnetic foils generally used in manufacturing
are 61 cm wide (except 1,5 mm foil, which is 1
m wide) and 10-30 m long.

Due
to their white vinyl cover, magnetic foils themselves
can also be utilised. The magnetic foils' surface
is usually covered with a coating foil, which
gives the base colour and an easily printable
surface.
You can write on them with common writing tools
the text, which can be wiped out or washed off
with common removers. This feature makes foils
suitable for making temporary inscriptions.

Metal
foils
Externally
it looks like magnetic sheet but it has the characteristics
of an iron surface. 0,65 mm thick, 60 cm wide,
